The breakfast was the best part of the stay, with a wide variety of options that were delicious. The location was also very convenient, close to many local restaurants and attractions. the friendly staff made the stay more enjoyable.
The rooms were not up to par with the price. They were quite small and the furniture was outdated.

I had the most amazing stay at Hogan House Bed And Breakfast At Rose Hill. The breakfast was out of this world, especially the delicious homemade waffles and bacon. Rhonda, the innkeeper, was incredibly attentive and made sure we left with full bellies. The rooms were beautifully maintained and the bathrooms were huge. The atmosphere of the house made me feel like I had stepped back in time. I also loved the large yard with its beautiful trees and plants. The front porch with the swing was the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The town of Hogansville itself was charming with its well-kept buildings and shops. I highly recommend staying at Hogan House Bed And Breakfast At Rose Hill, it was a truly unforgettable experience.

The B&B was perfectly charming and well-kept with beautiful furnishings throughout. The friendly innkeepers made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was exceptional with delicious homemade dishes like waffles, bacon, grits and biscuits! The lovely yard featured a large porch with rocking chairs and a swing, and was surrounded by lush greenery.
While the Hogan House was charming overall, the lack of modern amenities may not be suitable for all guests.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from. I especially enjoyed the homemade waffles and grits, which were filling and delicious. the hotel's location was perfect, situated in a small town with plenty of options for food and fun activities. the surroundings were also breathtaking and provided a beautiful view from the hotel.
The rooms were well furnished with antiques but lacked adequate space to move around freely, which made it feel a bit cramped. the bathroom was small and not equipped with modern amenities.
